1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SpiritPrimeHub platform for duty free consultation services and establish the contractual relationship between clients and our services. By registering for our services or creating an account, you accept these Terms of Use.

2. Registration and Platform Access

  1. To access our complete duty free consultation services, registration with accurate personal information is mandatory.
  2. Client accounts are strictly personal and cannot be shared or transferred to third parties.
  3. Access to premium services is granted after successful payment confirmation and is subject to respective service conditions.
  4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must immediately inform us of any unauthorized account access.

3. Contract Duration and Termination

  1. The duration of service access and membership depends on the specific duty free consultation program or service package selected during registration.
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (by email or through our support portal) and must comply with the notice periods specified in individual service descriptions.
  3. For continuous memberships and subscription services, terms automatically renew unless cancelled within the specified period before renewal.
  4. Both parties retain the right to extraordinary termination in case of material breach or other valid grounds as defined by applicable law.

4. Payment Conditions

  1. All service fees are due in advance and are clearly communicated during the registration process before finalization.
  2. We accept various payment methods displayed on our platform during the payment process, including major credit cards and bank transfers.
  3. For recurring memberships and subscription services, fees are automatically debited at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  4. All refunds are processed in accordance with our comprehensive refund policy and applicable consumer protection regulations.

5. Return Policy

  1. A full refund of service payments is available within 14 days of initial registration if you are not entirely satisfied with our services.
  2. To request a refund, contact our team via the contact form or directly at consultation@spiritprimehub.com with your registration details and reason for the refund.
  3. After the initial 14-day period, refunds for continuous subscriptions are calculated pro-rata for the remaining unused portion of the membership.
  4. One-time service purchases, downloaded materials, and processed documents are no longer eligible for refund after expiration of the 14-day guarantee period.
  5. If technical difficulties have prevented access to paid services for more than 72 hours, we will extend access or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  6. All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the initial purchase within 7 to 10 business days following confirmation.
  7. Personal consultation programs and custom services have separate refund conditions described in individual service contracts.
  8. Refund requests submitted after service completion or after accessing more than 75% of content may be refused by SpiritPrimeHub at our discretion.

6. Platform Usage Rules and Restrictions

  1. Duty free consultation content and materials may only be used exclusively for personal and non-commercial consultation purposes.
  2. Copying, distributing, sharing or reselling service materials to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  3. In community forums and duty free discussion areas, we expect professional, respectful and constructive participation at all times.
  4. SpiritPrimeHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access in case of violation of these usage rules or inappropriate conduct.

7. Duty Free Content and Disclaimer

  1. Our duty free consultation content serves informational and consultation purposes and does not constitute personalized legal, customs or tax advice.
  2. The application of taught strategies, frameworks and concepts is undertaken at your own risk and must consider your individual circumstances and specific context.
  3. While we aim for accuracy and currency of all duty free materials, we cannot guarantee completeness or absence of errors in rapidly evolving regulatory environments.
  4. Decisions regarding duty free procedures should always be made considering appropriate professional advice for your specific situation and regulatory environment.

8. Liability Limitation

  1. SpiritPrimeHub's liability is limited to cases involving intent and gross negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. For cases of slight negligence, our liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and restricted to reasonably foreseeable damages.
  3. Liability for data loss is limited to typical recovery costs that would be incurred under normal circumstances.
  4. These liability limitations do not apply to damages involving life, body, health or violations of fundamental rights.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection

  1. All service content, duty free materials, videos, assessments and related resources are protected by comprehensive copyright and intellectual property laws.
  2. Upon service registration, you receive only a time-limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use materials for personal consultation purposes.
  3. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation may result in immediate access termination and legal action for damages.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

  1. The collection, processing and protection of your personal data is carried out in strict compliance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
  2. Use of our platform requires storage of certain technical data (cookies and similar technologies) for essential functionality and security purposes.

11. Final Provisions and Applicable Law

  1. SpiritPrimeHub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions if necessary to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Clients will be informed of significant changes in advance through appropriate channels.
  2. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or inapplicable, the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
  3. Singapore law applies exclusively to these terms, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Singapore, to the extent legally permitted.
